A gorgeous Hook to Hook crochet pattern of which you can make a pillow case! The pattern is called Heart to Heart and is made with the corner to corner technique.

De pattern was made with Stylecraft Special DK and is about 47 cm square. The pattern can be made with any yarn though!
The Hook to Hook technique is a variation on the corner to corner technique, with a join as you go, where you never have more than one ball of yarn attached.
Make the pillow case for Fathers Day, Mothers Day, Valentine or just to spread some love!
